La colección Nouvelles Etudes Pénales acoge la publicación bien de los trabajos bien de Comités de Expertos o de los Coloquios organizados por la A.I.D.P. o el I.S.I.S.C., bien los trabajos de los Grupos Nacionales de la Asociación.

La colección Nouvelles Etudes Pénales se publica por Editions ERES (33, avenue Marcel-Dassault, 31500 Toulouse (France)). Se distribuye gratuitamente a todos los miembros de la Asociación que se encuentren al día en el pago de sus cuotas.
