The AIDP XX International Congress of Penal Law “Criminal Justice and Corporate Business”, organised by the Italian National Group in collaboration with Luiss Guido Carli University, will take place in Rome on 13-16 November 2019.

The AIDP Congress 2019 offers meritorious young students from around the world, regardless of economic background, the opportunity to participate in the AIDP XX International Congress of Penal Law 2019 through the scholarship program. Scholarships will be awarded based on merit.

L’Association procédera à l’élection de son nouveau Président et renouvellera la composition de son Conseil de Direction lors de l’assemblée générale, qui se tiendra à Rome (Italie) le 16novembre 2019 à l’occasion du XXème Congrès International de Droit Pénal. Les nominations devront être proposées avant le15 septembre 2019. Les candidatures proposées après cette date ne seront donc pas prises en considération. The AIDP XX International Congress of Penal Law “Criminal Justice and Corporate Business”, organised by the Italian National Group in collaboration with Luiss Guido Carli University, will take place in Rome on 13-16 November 2019.

On this occasion, the Austrian National Group organized an academic ceremony, which took place at the Grand Ceremonial Hall of the Austrian Supreme Court in the Palace of Justice in Vienna in the presence of the president of the AIDP Prof. Dr. John Vervaele. The president of the Austrian National Group, Prof. Dr. Otto F. Müller, welcomed many guests in his opening speech, among them the highest-ranking representatives of the Austrian judiciary and universities.
