Dans ma qualité de première présidente de l’AIDL/IAPL depuis sa création il y a plus d’un siècle, je m’engage à continuer le travail de l’association en ce qui concerne la protection des droits de l’homme ainsi que la promotion de la codification du droit pénal afin d’améliorer l’administration de la justice pénale à l’échelle internationale. Pendant mon mandat, je mettrai l’accent sur l’élargissement de la portée géographique de l’AIDL/IAPL et sur le renforcement de l’impact de nos activités scientifiques.
