Electronic elections of a part of the AIDP Board of Directors
Dear Members,
The Association will elect its new President and renew the composition of its Board of Directors at the occasion of the upcoming XXIst International Congress of Penal Law, which will take place in Paris on 26-28 June 2024.
The electronic vote will take place in the week preceding the week of the Congress, namely between Monday 17 June and Friday 21 June and will be organised by a secured system, Electis. Only those members who have paid their annual dues for two consecutive years before the elections have the right to vote, i.e. for years 2023 and 2024. As it is necessary to input the list of the members who have the right to vote into the electronic voting system, we ask you to please – if necessary and if you wish to vote – regularise your membership by paying the unpaid dues for years 2023 and 2024 by 12 June 2024.
If you need to pay the dues for 2023, this cannot be done through our webpage. The only way is to do it by bank transfer to the following account:
Bank : BNP PARIBAS Bordeaux Chapeau Rouge
IBAN : FR76 3000 4003 2000 0104 3882 870
BIC : BNPAFRPPBOR
Once done, please send the receipt together with your name to our secretariat (secretariat@penal.org).
All those who are entitled to vote will receive an email with the instructions how to vote and with the list of candidates. In order to respect the legislation on privacy and data protection, the lists of voters will not be published on the website of the Association. If you have not received the email with the candidates or with the instructions by 17 June 2024, it means that according to our database you are not entitled to vote. If you think that it is a mistake, please send an email to the secretariat (secretariat@penal.org) with the proof of payments of the dues for 2023 and 2024. In order to be processed, the email must be sent on 18 June 2024 at the latest. If there was indeed a mistake, you will be provided with the necessary information that will allow you to vote.
Votes will be counted on Friday 21 June and results will be announced on the first day of the Congress.
With best wishes,
Stanislaw Tosza (Secretary General)
