2022 Happy Holidays from the AIDP

Fortunately 2022 did come with much better perspectives for the most of us. We were able to meet again in person and could organise our first International Colloquium on Artificial Intelligence and Criminal Justice in relation to the general part (section I) in Siracusa in September and thus produce the first set of resolutions.
The national rapporteurs of section II, section III and IV, together with the national groups of Romania, Argentina and Croatia, are working very hard to prepare their Colloquia , to be held in March 2023 in Buenos Aires, in June 2023 in Bucharest and in probably in December 2023 in Croatia.
The Young Penalists Committee has been very active and productive and we all did enjoy their passion for the criminal law sciences.
The AIDP has started the preparations of the XXI th Congress of the AIDP in Paris in the last week of June 2024, to be organized by the French national group and the University Paris Panthéon-Assas, under the lead of Professor Didier Rebut. During this Congress we will also commemorate our 100th Anniversary, exactly in the historic place in Paris were the AIDP was established, as a refoundation of the Union Internationale de Droit Pénal.

À tous nos groupes nationaux et membres, affiliés et amis:
Heureusement, 2022 est arrivé avec des perspectives bien meilleures pour la plupart d'entre nous. Nous avons pu nous rencontrer à nouveau en personne et organiser notre premier Colloque international sur l'intelligence artificielle et la justice pénale en relation avec la partie générale (section I) à Syracuse en septembre et ainsi produire la première série de résolutions.
Les rapporteurs nationaux des sections II, III et IV, ainsi que les groupes nationaux de Roumanie, d'Argentine et de Croatie, travaillent d'arrache-pied pour préparer leurs colloques, qui se tiendront en mars 2023 à Buenos Aires, en juin 2023 à Bucarest et probablement en décembre 2023 en Croatie.
Le Comité des Jeunes Pénalistes a été très actif et productif et nous avons tous apprécié leur passion pour les sciences pénales.
L'AIDP a commencé les préparations du XXIème Congrès de l'AIDP à Paris dans la dernière semaine de juin 2024, qui sera organisé par le groupe national français et l'Université Paris Panthéon-Assas, sous la direction du Professeur Didier Rebut. Au cours de ce Congrès, nous commémorerons également notre 100ème anniversaire, exactement dans le lieu historique de Paris où l'AIDP a été créée, en tant que refondation de l'Union Internationale de Droit Pénal.
J'espère que nous pourrons tous nous rencontrer lors des prochains colloques internationaux et autres événements en 2023 et je vous souhaite :

A todos nuestros grupos nacionales y miembros, afiliados y amigos:
Afortunadamente, 2022 llegó con perspectivas mucho mejores para la mayoría de nosotros. Pudimos reunirnos de nuevo en persona y organizar nuestro primer Coloquio Internacional sobre Inteligencia Artificial y Justicia Penal en relación con la parte general (sección I) en Siracusa en septiembre y elaborar así el primer conjunto de resoluciones.
Los relatores nacionales de las secciones II, III y IV, junto con los grupos nacionales de Rumanía, Argentina y Croacia, están trabajando muy duro para preparar sus Coloquios, que se celebrarán en marzo de 2023 en Buenos Aires, en junio de 2023 en Bucarest y probablemente en diciembre de 2023 en Croacia.
El Comité de Jóvenes Penalistas ha sido muy activo y productivo y todos hemos disfrutado de su pasión por las ciencias penales.
La AIDP ha comenzado los preparativos del XXI Congreso de la AIDP en París en la última semana de junio de 2024, que será organizado por el grupo nacional francés y la Universidad Paris Panthéon-Assas, bajo la dirección del Profesor Didier Rebut. Durante este Congreso también conmemoraremos nuestro centenario, exactamente en el lugar histórico de París donde se estableció la AIDP, como refundación de la Union Internationale de Droit Pénal.

An alle unsere nationalen Gruppen und Mitglieder, Mitgliedsorganisationen und Freunde
Erfreulicherweise hat sich das Jahr 2022 für die meisten von uns mit viel besseren Aussichten verabschiedet. Wir konnten uns wieder persönlich treffen und unser erstes Internationales Kolloquium über Künstliche Intelligenz und Strafjustiz in Bezug auf den allgemeinen Teil (Sektion I) im September in Siracusa organisieren und somit die erste Reihe von Resolutions/Entschließungen erarbeiten.
Die nationalen Berichterstatter von Sektion II, Sektion III und IV arbeiten zusammen mit den nationalen Gruppen von Rumänien, Argentinien und Kroatien sehr hart an der Vorbereitung ihrer Kolloquien, die im März 2023 in Buenos Aires, im Juni 2023 in Bukarest und wahrscheinlich im Dezember 2023 in Kroatien stattfinden werden.
Der Ausschuss für junge Strafrechtler war sehr aktiv und produktiv, und wir alle haben ihre Leidenschaft für die Strafrechtswissenschaften genossen.
Die AIDP hat mit den Vorbereitungen für den XXI. Kongress der AIDP in Paris in der letzten Juniwoche 2024 begonnen, der von der französischen Landesgruppe und der Universität Paris Panthéon-Assas unter der Leitung von Professor Didier Rebut organisiert wird. Während dieses Kongresses werden wir auch unser 100-jähriges Bestehen begehen, und zwar genau an dem historischen Ort in Paris, an dem die AIDP als Neugründung der Union Internationale de Droit Pénal gegründet wurde.
Ich hoffe, dass wir uns alle bei den kommenden internationalen Kolloquien und anderen Veranstaltungen im Jahr 2023 treffen können und wünsche Ihnen:
