Call for Papers on “Digital evidence of core crimes and human rights abuses"

Call for Special Issue of Brazilian Journal of Criminal Procedure (RBDPP) edited by Kaja Kowalczewska: “Digital evidence of core crimes and human rights abuses: new actors and new standards of investigation”.  

All scholars interested in the latest advancements in criminal procedure, particularly concerning core crimes and human rights abuses, are warmly invited to submit their manuscripts in English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian for the Special Issue of Revista Brasileira de Direito Processual Penal (Vol. 10/3). This issue will be published in open access in October 2024!
